Due to changes in Microsoft Windows security requirements, we have confirmed cases where the legacy USB driver is no longer recognized correctly and cannot be used in certain environments.

When this issue occurs, the following error may be displayed in Device Manager:

Error Description: This file has been blocked by an application control policy.

To address this issue, we have developed a new USB driver that complies with Microsoft’s latest requirements and has obtained Microsoft digital signature certification.
Customers affected by this issue are requested to download the update package from the download page and update their existing Navigator.
